This is the path ICEEFT has set out for the training journey:

  1. EFT Externship (a 4 day intensive led by an EFT Trainer where you get an overview of EFT) CLICK HERE to find an EFT Externship to attend. (Let me know if you need help finding one.)

  2. Core Skills - This is where you start taking a deep dive into the inner workings and nuances of EFT. You meet with a cohort for two day intensives, typically about 2 months apart, for four times (Core Skills 1, Core Skills 2, Core Skills 3, and Core Skills 4). It is a smaller group setting and you get to do roleplays to learn the skills, show your video and get feedback, and learn in a supportive, safe environment. Totally worth it!! CLICK HERE to find a Core Skills to attend. (You can also check out Kathryn Rheem at the Washington-Baltimore Center for EFT and the George Faller’s trainings, both of whom do an excellent job with Externship and Core Skills.) (And let me know if you need help with finding one that is a good fit for you.)

  3. EFT Supervision - meeting for at least 8 hours (most folks need much more, even 2-3 years) with an EFT Supervisor to focus on reviewing your videos and helping you master the EFT Tango and do the final bits of transformation to be ready for EFT Certification. And after certification, many of us still find it helpful to do consultation with an EFT supervisor to help us continue to deepen our work in this rich and powerful model.
